toddlers
Your child is now eating a variety of foods with different textures, playing independently, and sleeping throughout the night. They’ve completed the majority of their vaccinations and are getting ready for pre-school and school.
The following information will help ensure your child is on track. Your doctor is available for annual Well Child Checks.

Vaccinations
Your child does not have any scheduled vaccinations between the ages of 18 months and 4 years.
You should always bring your child's yellow immunization card to record your child’s vaccinations. If needed, a printed record may also be generated to provide to day cares, school, or other groups. You can access your child’s immunization record by calling the clinic and it can be sent to you via the Patient Portal. Please register each child and parent on the Health Portal.
