University of Ottawa Heart Institute - Quit Smoking Program (OHIP covered, self-referral or provider referral; provides NRT, one-on-one support to keep you on track; any tobacco use)

Canadian Cancer Society - Smokers’ Helpline (Free resources, self-referral or provider referral; provides phone call, texting and/or online chat support, education and some free NRT is available to trial; for any tobacco use)
