Dr. Lisa Rosenkrantz , BSc (Hon.) Psychology, MD, CCFP, FCFP Dr. Rosenkrantz attended McMaster University for Medical School (1979) where she also completed her residency in Family Medicine in 1981. She is a Fellow in the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Lisa's special interests include: delivering babies, coaching healthy choices, chronic disease management, palliative care, and end of life care in the home.
