Dr. Robyn Marquis, C.Psych. Dr. Marquis is a Clinical Psychologist and registered member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She received her Undergraduate and Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology Degrees at Western University, and her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Ottawa. Dr. Marquis is trained in cognitive-behaviour, experiential, emotionally-focused and interpersonal therapies. She believes success in therapy depends on the client-therapist fit and, therefore, works collaboratively with her clients, from a strengths-based perspective, to provide services that will best meet the client’s individual needs. Dr. Marquis has a special interest in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families who have experienced maltreatment (abuse, neglect), trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional and behavioural disruptions, relational difficulties and social-skills problems. She also has experience providing group therapy, and psychological and psycho-educational assessments.
