Nurse practitioner
Brenda Halabisky, MSc, FNP-C, NP-PHC
​

Brenda received her undergraduate degree in nursing at the University of Manitoba, an Outpost Nursing certificate at Dalhousie University and her graduate degree at the University of North Dakota. She is currently pursuing PhD studies at the University of Ottawa, researching the Nurse Practitioner role in community palliative care. Brenda also coordinates online continuing education course development at the University of Ottawa and is a part time professor in the primary care nurse practitioner graduate program. She enjoys all aspects of providing wellness, acute and chronic illness care across all ages.
