Stacey de Savoye, MSW, RSW

Stacey is a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, as well as a member in good standing with Social Work England. Stacey graduated with her Bachelor Honours Degree in Sociology from Queen’s University in 1999, her Bachelor of Social Work degree from McGill University in 2003 and Master’s degree in Social Work from University of Toronto School School of Social Work in 2004. She commenced her Social Work career at The Hospital for Sick Children in the NICU, since then she has worked in Pediatric Oncology, and as a clinical therapist for military families.  Her most recent position was working abroad as a clinical therapist at Royal Trinity Hospice, in London UK. She is well versed in attachment theory and takes a systems approach with children and families.  Stacey is specialized in loss and bereavement issues and practices using various modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Adjustment Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
