Kristina Dunbar, MSW, RSW
​
Kristina is a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She received a Bachelor of Science at Carleton University in 2012 followed by a Master’s of Social Work at Carleton University in 2015. Her professional background includes working as a Family and Child Therapist at a local Family Services Agency as well as providing individual counselling support through an Employee Assistance Program. Kristina offers collaborative and trauma-informed counselling to children, families, youth and adults in the areas of  anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotion regulation, bereavement concerns, relational difficulties, and parenting concerns.
