Alexis Near, RN(EC), MN(PHCNP), CNN(C) Alexis received her Bachelor of Nursing Science from Queen’s University in 2009 and began work in the neurosciences department at The Ottawa Hospital. Though she loves bedside care, Alexis returned to Queen’s University to pursue her Master of Nursing and Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner certificate, graduating in 2016. Alexis enjoys teaching and relief work, which has taken her on a short adventure to Haiti. Alexis has a special interest in women’s health.
