Healthy Living with Diabetes and Prediabetes

Join us for a 1-hour virtual session on managing your blood sugars with healthy lifestyle habits. The session will cover diet information such as carbohydrates, the glycemic index, as well as exercise and foundational information about diabetes and medications.

This session will be hosted by 2 local Registered Dietitians. The workshop is free of charge, no referral needed.
Please obtain a copy of your most recent bloodwork if possible, to get the most out of the session. Check out our External Patient Portals webpage for online access to your results from our local labs.

The next session for this workshop is currently on hold until Fall 2025
