Healthy Living with Cholesterol

Join us for a 1-hour virtual session on improving your cholesterol with healthy lifestyle habits. Learn more about what cholesterol is, and what you can do through diet and exercise to keep your heart healthy.

Our first session will be hosted by 2 Registered Dietitians. The workshop is free of charge, no referral needed.
Please obtain a copy of your most recent cholesterol bloodwork if possible, to get the most out of the session. Check out our External Patient Portals webpage for online access to your results from our local labs.

The next session for this workshop will be scheduled in the Fall 2025.
