Ruby Alguire, RSW, MSW Ruby is a Registered Social Worker with extensive experience providing clinical support to individuals and families across community-based, healthcare, and therapeutic settings. She holds a Master of Social Work degree and brings experience in clinical social work practice, program development, and public health.
Ruby’s clinical experience includes working with individuals and families impacted by gender-based violence at a community mental health organization in Toronto as well as supporting caregivers of individuals navigating challenges related to neurodevelopmental disabilities and complex trauma. In addition to her clinical experience, Ruby has worked in public health, where she developed community-based mental health promotion initiatives to support the mental well-being of communities across Ottawa.
Ruby is deeply passionate about providing accessible, non-judgmental, and meaningful care to individuals as they navigate challenges in their lives. Outside of work, Ruby loves going for runs, planning her next big home DIY project and spending time with friends and family.
