About Us
The Family Health practice has been in existence in Carp since 1973. It started with just two physicians and currently has eleven physicians on staff.
To meet the needs of the community, and be able to take on more patients who do not have a physician, we became a Family Health Team in the spring of 2006. To allow us to meet the health care needs of our patients, we will employ allied health professionals to service our existing and growing patient base.
We currently have a full range of medical services with supporting services located in the building, such as:
- Physiotherapy
- Massage therapy
- Dental Services
- X-Ray and Cardiac Loop Monitor
- Physical Activity Counsellor
